Sydney Business Park will be the largest employment precinct in Sydney’s North West, Approximately twice the size of the Sydney CBD.
This world-class business environment will integrate industrial, commercial and bulky goods uses. It is planned to provide superior telecommunications and infrastructure, high quality landscaping, central amenities and cutting edge green technology.
The Business Park is the largest of its kind and will accommodate over 10,000 new jobs.
It will be easily accessible to over a third of Sydney’s population within a 30 minute travel time.
Bunnings has committed to purchase a 3.4 hectare site upon which it plans to build the chain’s largest store type.
The works for the upgrade of Richmond Rd have been given the Go-Ahead and $56 million has been contributed by the NSW Government.
IKEA has committed to purchase a 73,550 square metre site within the first stage of the Sydney Business Park.
This will be Sydney’s third store and largest store.
