There has been a lot of interest and enquiry, regarding our next land releases here at Stonecutters Ridge, so we wanted to provide a quick update.
There are 2 new land releases expected over the coming weeks at Stonecutters Ridge, including one golf front release and one neighbourhood lot land release. Both releases will be offered under the priority number system, so keep a close watch on your e-mails, for details on when the numbers will be issued for each release.
If you are concerned about not being available to attend the issuing of the numbers or the actual sales day itself, you can provide written authority for someone to act on your behalf.
Please note, you are limited to purchase one block, per number, on the day of the release. In addition, power of authority is limited to one purchase per person, so if you are acting on someone’s behalf, you cannot act for yourself or act for more than one person on the day.
