Southern Highlands Visitor Information Centre have a wonderful initiative on Wednesday, 4 April 2012 whereby staff from the Australian War Memorial in Canberra will at the Visitor Information Centres to assist in tracing your family Military History. There will be 20 by 20 minute appointments with the staff – so gather you information and questions and make an appointment. Also, between 12.30pm and 1pm, there will a public presentation on researching your family’s military history in the lead-up to ANZAC Day.
