Last Saturday 11th April, more than 100 people attended the much anticipated land release of the Saint Francis Estate in Cranebrook. With over 800 registrations and due to popular demand, priority numbers were issued 3 days prior to the release. The blocks ranged in size from 568-1616sqm. 100% of the lots on offer sold in less than half an hour, for a total sales value of over $7.96million with an average sale price of $397,800.
Most of the purchasers were local buyers looking to upgrade, with majority of buyers being owner occupiers.
