According to RP Data. The number of new rental listings nationally increased by 8.4% last week and is 5.9% higher than at the same time last year.
In the capital cities, new rental listings are 5.0% higher than last year and increased by 9.0% last week. Total rental listings increased by 2.0% last week nationally and 2.1% in the capital cities. In comparison to the same time last year, total rental listings are 15.3% higher nationally and 12.6% higher in the capital cities
