Rouse Hill | North West Sydney | $300 Million Expansion for Rouse Hill Town Centre
With the upcoming fast developing Sydney Metro North West Rail Link which will have a Skytrain stop on its doorstep – Rouse Hill Town Centre will be embarking on a $300 Million expansion.
Work on the expansion is due to begin in mid-2017 – with the purchase of 12.5 ha of land on the northern side of the development.
