The ballooning Maitland suburb of Chisholm is set to continue its super-charged rate of growth in 2018, with the development of residential community Harvest due for completion this year.
AVID Property Group is the developer of Harvest, a master-planned community which launched in July 2015 and is now 90 per cent complete, being home to about 1000 residents.
