Stonecutters Ridge | Colebee| Sydney International Business Park | Bunnings Warehouse Marsden Park Opens Monday
Bunnings Warehouse located on Richmond Road, Marsden Park will open for trading on Monday 19th January. Bunnings will be holding an official grand opening for the new store on following Friday night (January 23rd) from 6-9pm, with their very own fireworks display.
The newly opened Bunnings Warehouse is part of the new $2 billion Sydney International Business Park, that is 256 hectares in size and will also feature other conglomerates such as IKEA, Masters Home Improvement, Costco, Shell, Swire Cold Storage and McDonald’s.
Masters Home Improvement is scheduled to open its doors in May followed shortly by IKEA which is due to open in June.
The new International Business Park has been an attribute to the great residential development in the local area, with the business park in close proximity to developing suburbs such as Stonecutters Ridge – Colebee, Schofields and Marsden Park.
