Menangle Park | South West Sydney | 134-hectare Land Parcel Taken Off The Market
A 134-hectare land parcel has been taken off the market in South Western Sydney’s Menangle Park, purchased by Dahua Group Australia (Dahua) from Campbelltown City Council, with plans to accommodate approximately 800 homes.
This land parcel is one of three land purchases Dahua has made in the area, including a land parcel in Edmondson Park purchased from Urban Growth NSW in November 2015 and another 364 hectare site, also previously owned by Urban Growth NSW, which is adjacent to Menangle Park.
