Hazelbrook – Land – Terrace Falls – All land now sold

Urban Land and Housing are pleased to announce that all 10 lots at Terrace Falls Estate, Hazelbrook have now been sold now that the contract on Lot 199 has exchanged. Whilst there had been a steady sales rate throughout the project which we began selling towards the end of last year. There was a flurry of enquiry, and subsequent sales in the last couple of months. With much of our more affordable land there has been somewhat of a ‘land rush’ with many renters jumping into the market as well as people ‘back trading’ whereby they are selling more expensive homes to reduce the mortgage.
