A quick note to confirm that the vendor has advised that work is likely to commence now in 4-6 weeks.
We were up on site today and it was very wet and misty. The recent rain may affect construction commencement but hopefully the site will have dried out a bit.
Still some sensational blocks available and whilst a little difficult to visualise without the roadworks – the blocks at the end of the cul de sac will be absolute gems upon completion
We are also in talks with our good friends at Hotondo Homes in relation to some house and land packages on the remaining blocks.
Whilst you won’t have to build these homes (or with Hotondo) they will give you a great idea as to what is possible and as to the eventual end cost.
