What documents should I receive when signing a lease?

While the documentation you receive at the beginning of a tenancy can vary, the following items are required.
• A copy of the tenancy agreement
• Renting guide
• A copy of the bond lodgement form
• Condition report, which is to be completed, signed and returned to the agent within the required time.
• Receipt for the initial rent amount, bond payment.
• Copies of keys and remote controls
• Emergency contact details for urgent repairs and out-of-hours repairs.
