I’m Samantha Johnson, a friendly and dedicated professional with a passion for helping people and building meaningful connections. Born and raised in Western Sydney, I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, and business management, including running my own small business, LB Sweets, where I specialised in personalised products and innovative marketing. This experience taught me a lot about administration, client relations, and problem-solving, skills I now use in my role as a Property Sales Associate with AVID in Chisholm.

As a mum of two, I know how important it is for families to find the perfect place to call home. I enjoy guiding my clients through the land-buying process and helping them take that exciting step toward building their dream homes. I’m highly organised, approachable, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure my clients feel informed and supported.

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying nature, and getting involved in community events. It’s a great way for me to connect with people and stay grounded. I’m also passionate about continuous learning and am working towards higher certification to further develop my skills in real estate.
