Middleton Grange – Land – Middleton Rise – Progress up-date

The Middleton Rise land Estate at Middleton Grange is progressing quickly.

Each lot is taking form, the sand stone retaining wall has been completed, the trenches are dug for the underground services to be laid, the light poles have arrived on-site ready to be put up and the retaining walls for benching will start shortly.

The Estate is on course for registration in August/September and with six of the twenty two lots in stage one already sold, be quick to grab a lot now.
