The Bowral Autumn Music Festival is now well established as a significant event in the musical and cultural life of the Southern Highlands. The sixth Annual Festival ‘Venetian Grandeur’ will be hald from 23 to 25 March 2012 and features of some of the greats of Venice such as Gabrieli, Albinoni, Monteverdi and Vivaldi. Whilst St Jude’s Church Bowral may not be on the same scale as St Mark’s Basilica in Venice, it will nevertheless resound with Venetian atiphony brought to life by leading ensembles including the Lurline Chamber Orchestra, Capella Sublima and Sydney Brass.
