If you have an urgent repair and are unable to contact your agent you should have a list of Trades people that the agent has listed on your residential lease.

You can only call these trades people if it is considered an emergency and you have tried to contact your agent.

Things that are considered an emergency include:

– Burst water pipe
– Leaking Gas
– Broken hot water system

A full list of things that are considered emergency repairs should be available in your lease.
