The NSW Government is looking to implement changes which would allow for quicker approvals for medium density house, encouraging more terraces, townhouses and dual-occupancies.
“Sydney needs more choice in housing types than we are currently building and this policy will help to deliver better quality medium-density homes,” said Planning Minister Rob Stokes
