We are glad to report that construction works on the next stage have now commenced at Sienna Gardens. As such, it is anticipated that the land will be registered by end of September dependant on the weather.

One of the key reasons people are buying this land is that the blocks for sale are suitable for single level homes. This is because almost all of the blocks are over 550sqm, have depths over 30m and will be level upon completion.  

This means you have more of a backyard. We have found that many people are looking to build single level homes at the moment due to 1. Preference for families not to have stairs in the home. 2. Generally cheaper to construct. 3. Generally quicker to construct.

This doesnt mean you have to build a single level home but if you visit the site you will see many people have built single level
