The ULH Residential Property Management Division was formed to manage the portfolio of the Directors of the Company. It soon expanded to include properties owned by staff and colleagues - a portfolio grown organically. 

The division gained momentum and scale when one of our clients, an Australian ASX listed company selected us to manage the portfolio of their investor clients throughout NSW.
